1. Definitions

  • “Resort” refers to our entire range of services and facilities, including the casino hotel property, gaming areas, accommodations, dining venues, spas, entertainment, and all associated amenities.

  • “Guest” means any individual using, visiting, or booking services at the resort.

  • “Booking” denotes a confirmed reservation for accommodations or a hospitality package.

  • “Casino Services” include gaming options such as slot machines, table games, poker rooms, high-stakes areas, promotional activities, and loyalty programs.


2. Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to room availability, prevailing rates, and applicable deposit terms.

  • Quoted prices do not include applicable taxes, service charges, or optional upgrades.

  • A valid payment method (e.g., credit card) is required to confirm reservations. The property reserves the right to authorize the card for deposits and potential incidentals during check-in.


3. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation policies depend on the selected rate plan. Standard bookings can typically be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before the arrival date.

  • Special or non-refundable bookings require full prepayment and cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Failure to arrive or early departure may result in full charges or a partial penalty, based on the original booking terms.


4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur fees.

  • All guests must present valid government-issued identification and a matching payment method.

  • Guests must meet the minimum age requirement (typically 18 or 21, depending on local law) to access gaming facilities or check in.


5. Guest Conduct

By staying with us, guests agree to:

  • Follow all local laws and property regulations

  • Treat fellow guests and staff with courtesy and respect

  • Avoid illegal or disruptive behavior

Unruly, unsafe, or illegal conduct may lead to removal from the property without refund.


6. Gaming Policy

  • Guests must meet the legal gaming age (commonly 21+) to participate in casino services.

  • All gaming is governed by local laws, internal rules, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

  • The resort reserves the right to limit or deny access to gaming, revoke comps, or remove loyalty benefits in cases of rule violations or suspicious activity.

  • Responsible gaming resources are available, including self-exclusion and player limit options.


7. Loyalty Programs & Promotions

  • Benefits, point accumulation, and tier eligibility are determined by the terms of the loyalty program.

  • Complimentary rewards or offers may be adjusted or revoked in case of misuse.

  • Loyalty rewards are non-transferable and may have expiration dates.


8. Third-Party Services

  • The property may offer services operated by external providers, such as spas, dining outlets, or tours.

  • Transactions with these third-party vendors are subject to their terms and conditions.

  • The resort is not responsible for actions or issues related to external vendors.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damages unless caused by gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing.

  • We are not responsible for disruptions such as weather-related cancellations or third-party issues.

  • Any claims are limited to no more than twice the total amount paid by the guest.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, images, trademarks, and digital materials are the property of the resort or its licensors.

  • Guests may view content for personal use but may not copy, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
